This letter is a recommendation for Jung Lindas, who helped us purchase a house in downtown Boulder in 2008. We have worked with several real estate agents at various times. Jung’s services were head and shoulders above any other real estate professional with whom we have ever worked. She is honest, strategic, unbelievably patient, and utterly professional. She also understands the Boulder market exceedingly well.

At the time that we were looking for a house, we were out of state, only making limited visits to Boulder. Jung used the time that we were in Boulder to determine the kinds of houses we liked, the areas we preferred, what we would compromise about, and what was absolutely necessary from our standpoint. Between visits, we relied on Jung to send us information about potential homes and to provide her recommendations based on her understanding of our needs. After a long search period, during which we looked at numerous homes in person and over the Internet, Jung called us to let us know that she thought that the right house had come on the market. We had so much trust in Jung’s judgment at that point that we quickly put a contract down on the house without seeing it first (except by pictures over the Internet). Jung was absolutely right. We feel certain that without Jung’s guidance and patience, we would not have come close to finding, and closing on, such a wonderful property.

Jung never showed us houses that weren’t within our parameters and always listened very carefully to our comments. When we were tempted to look in areas that didn’t really suit our aims, she deftly brought us back to center. We have recommended Jung to two of our acquaintances already, one of whom has now bought a condo in Boulder with her help. We’re pleased to provide our highest recommendation of Jung’s services. I wish to recommend the services of Jung Lindas of Goodacre & Co. to anyone buying or selling a house. This spring, during the severely depressed housing market, she sold my house in Martin Acres in Boulder, Colorado for much more money that I would have thought possible in a normal housing market. She made practical, cost effective suggestions for things I could do on short notice to improve the appearance of the house. She arranged advertising for the sale on the web, in print, and on the property itself, and coordinated them effectively to achieve the maximum impact. Her manner at all times was professional, efficient, and friendly. She managed all the necessary paperwork and the details of the closing.

Jung is currently representing my wife and me in the purchase of a house from a seller who has been extremely difficult.
